One of things I receive constant compliments on is my love affair with lip colour. I’ve always been blessed with beautiful, full lips, however it’s only been in the past few years that I’ve been bold enough to embrace them, and show them off with bright, bold colours.

During this time I have been on the hunt for the perfect combination of a lipstick and liner that would give the results I craved – Lasting, high-pigmented colour that wouldn’t bleed!

Through years of trial and error, I finally stumbled upon the dream team – Sephora brand’s cream lip stain and No Cosmetics’ No Bleeding Lips liner. In basically every photo you see of me posted here or on my insta feed, I will no doubt be wearing this stellar combination.

I’ve amassed a modest collection of 7 shades of this lip colour – Each one as perfect as the next. The colours are high-pigmented and last throughout the day – I find that I only need to reapply a bit after a meal.

As a touch of dry lips is par for the course as far as lip stains are concerned, I make sure to exfoliate my lips, and apply a balm (I prefer Fresh’s Sugar lip treatments) or a lip BB (Bite makes a great one) before application.

The No Bleeding Lips liner is invisible, which is pretty darn wicked. It should also be applied before the stain – I prefer to line the outer edge of my lips. This stuff truly lives up to it’s name – Without it, unfortunately my dream lip stain still runs. However, together, they prove to be one dynamic duo!
