Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
In honour of everything green, I thought I’d share my recipe for this delish Lactose-Free Maple Matcha Milkshake.
A treat on the healthier side for every day of the year, and something fun for those who don’t want to indulge in alcohol to celebrate today (though, sorry, this post is a little late)!
I’m once again using my trusty Blender Bottle (28 Ounce), as it’s simply the best to help eye ingredients.
Cheers!

STEP 1: Fill bottle with ice – A little more than half way.
STEP 2: Fill the rest of the bottle with Chapman’s Lactose-Free Vanilla Ice Cream.
STEP 3: Add about a tablespoon of honey to the bottle.
STEP 4: Brew matcha using 2 generous measuring scoops of David’s Tea Grand Cru Matcha and 2 generous measuring scoops of David’s Tea Maple Matcha. I find this new travel matcha maker to be the easiest way to make matcha at home!
STEP 5: Slowly pour matcha over ingredients in Blender Bottle.
STEP 6: Fill the rest of the bottle with Silk Original Almond Milk.
STEP 7: Pour contents of bottle into blender and blend until desired texture.
STEP 8: ENJOY!
